What is Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NC II?

Computer Systems Servicing NC II is a competency-based technical qualification that equips learners with the necessary practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and basic server environments. It focuses on preparing students for the realities of the ICT workplace, emphasizing technical skills, problem-solving, and professional work values. 

This program covers a wide range of skills including hardware installation, operating systems setup, network configuration, server basics, and basic troubleshooting. The "NC II" level indicates a nationally recognized competency standard, making graduates ready for entry-level ICT positions. 

The program is aligned with the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) track, and it is especially suitable for learners in senior high school ICT strands or technical training institutions.
